You may return your purchase for a refund of the product purchase price within 30 days of purchase. Your refund amount does not include original shipping fees.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (wrong item, defective item). Save the item(s) and packaging and call us at 866-693-2648 Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm EST or email us to receive a prepaid return label. Please include supporting pictures in your email.
You should expect to receive your refund in 3-4 weeks from when you send the return back to us. This includes time for us to receive the return from the shipper, time to process the return, and time for a credit to be processed. Many refunds are processed in less time.
